Photovoltaic (hereafter called PV) Power Generation System (hereafter called The System) is to convert solar energy into electric energy by PV effect principle. Its main parts are solar PV array, convergence box, DC cabinet, inverter and box transformer, which are characterized by high reliability, long service life, non-pollution and independent power grid operation. It is a clean and non-pollution environmentally friendly energy that favored by all over the world's organizations, which has promising development prospects.
The System mainly consists of solar PV panels, convergence boxes, DC cabinets, inverters and box transformers. PV power generation communication system mainly consists of serial port server Mport3102 in PV area, switch MIEN6208 in outdoor room and switch MISCOM6026 in set-up substation, composing PV components in PV area to generate electricity. After the converging box transmit the electricity to the DC cabinet via power cable, and the DC will be converted into AC via the inverter. The voltage is increased to 35KV through the box transformer and transmitted to the set-up substation via the power cable, and the voltage is increased to 110kv, and then transmitted to the national grid.
In PV area, convergence box needs to monitor the measured value of current, voltage and power of each circuit. The serial server Mport3102 connects the detection data of the convergence box, DC cabinet, inverter and box transformer to the communication network, and then transmit the data to the relay protection room through MAIWE ring network switch MIEN6208, and then connect to optical power prediction system and other background systems through the rack-mount switch MISCOM6026 installed in relay protection room for data processing, analysis and storage.
Each 1MW corresponds to a small outdoor room. The PV area is generally composed of 20-100 outdoor rooms. Each 10 units of switches form a fiber optic ring network with the switch in Central Control Room to ensure the stability of network communication. Operators can remotely monitor and control PV area equipment, which greatly reduces the workload of on-site maintenance and hidden dangers of personal safety.
